Be responsive, communicative, deliver on what you say you are going to deliver (e.g. photos are true representation of your properties, amenities reflect what you actually have).

Vague answers mean you don't know the answer, so your response will lose you the business you were trying to get.3.

We had only worked together via phone and email for this deal.After all prorations at closing, I was only responsible to bring 6% to the table.
