A few RE agents have recommended that I get a co signer with more annual income so I can take out a higher loan and open up my options.Since this is an investment property at some point in the future the idea would be to do an FHA Streamline refinance to remove your co-borrower from the loan unless you carry them as a partner once you move out of the property.  

Are there benefits to doing the FHA streamline and what are the cons if there are any?

I like to discuss new leasing technologies that streamline the tenant placement process.

Because we aren't seasoned, I would want to wait and learn as much as we can from the first duplex before purchasing the second, then own the second long enough to try to learn to streamline managing the 4 units and then move on to purchasing the 3rd. 

We will apply the same techniques to all of our investing strategies and streamline the entire process in order to create multiple systems.

Rehab under $35k is "streamline" and simpler.

Which stages need to be approved by the bank203k streamline and 203k "regular" are quite different in their requirements.

What can you do to stream-line this?
