I did join iFunding to see their deals, but the strange way of calculating return mentioned above has me concerned.

I had to contend with a whole bunch of these when we moved into our 'older' home last year where it seemed the previous owner had a strange fetish and affinity to these when attaching things to walls, frames etc.

I live in a town-home that has HOA and we just switched over to full management with EMB Management.So far the experience has been very poor, slow communication, ambiguous billing and strange charges that they are reluctant to explain fully.Second question:Is there a HOA management company that you would recommend in Greater Seattle WA area?

Hi everyone, so this question might come across a little strange, so I thought I would first give some background information.

Thanks @Terry Hershberger and @Jerry Padilla That is what I have always known to be true but having this guy who is supposed to be an expert tell me different made me wonder if maybe Ohio had some strange rule I wasn't aware of.

Strangely fascinating yet sad.

I know a lot of people think things should be matchy matchy, but I've only had one person think it was strange so far.. would love to hear thoughts and opinions. 

It is a strange situation which I will ask advice in the starting out section.
