The quantitative tightening is taking its toll. 

If goes as planned (always an if), then this should have little financial strain.  

Enough complaints and Destin or anywhere can be tightened in many ways at any time. 

I found in the first couple of years at least 50% of interactions with potential tenants showed me something I should do to tighten my screening process (revisions to my application or my initial telephone interview sheet).

It appears that these have changed in the last few years of tightened credit requirement.

And I for one would much rather pay more for a head of lettuce than pay more in taxes to support the strain on services that illegal immigration brings.

Thanks to help from the BP community we tightened up our rental policies and screening processes. 

I have heard Philadelphia has a solid student rental market but would like to keep away from that since these properties don't tend to appreciate much and kids can really put a strain on the properties.
