The legal process should have started a LONG time ago.If this were me, NOTHING will "save" this tenant in the long run, so I'm evicting them as soon as legally possible.... the "I'll pay you next week/month" ship has sailed

If I can get some tenant stability and things continue smooth sailing from here for a bit, I should be able to build it back up fairly easily.  

Hello All,So the idea is to try to get approved and go FHA into a multi unit prop, My husband and I are planning to board my brothers sail boat and head down the east coast for a few months after that.

They are going to find out about the eviction sooner or later, either through the section 8 case worker or the court papers, so that ship is gonna set sail no matter what.... you can only hope she doesn't go bat sh*t crazy and destroy the place
