I know that, overwhelmingly, it's what you fill your head with that counts, it's the day-to-day actions you take, it's the spouse you marry, it's the systematic choices you make, and perhaps most importantly, the personal hypocrisy you don't allow yourself to get away with.

He has multiple lease violations and you're not holding him to the contract, so he assumes he can get away with this one, as well.Military members are not exempt from the law or your lease agreement.

I am not saying you let him get away with flooding the units beneath him but I am saying to demonstrate compassion in whatever actions you take.It is a tough situation. 

It's like they got their golden ticket so now it is time to go live and relax in a small vacation town.  

Now it is a loan so this means you will have to pay it back when the loan is payed off or when you sell the property, but regardless it could my ticket into owning my first rental property.

I'm just kinda giving you a hard time, but it is important to understand these concepts in order to make more informed well-rounded decisions.
