I have had a roller coaster ride with mines.

I have never seen a logging show that there was not some oil or hydraulic fluid spilled somewhere that just goes part and parcel with big ironalso on the fill situation that can take years and years to get clean fill put in there then it has to settle as you will want to make compaction you just don't dump dirt spread it around and wa la your ready to go.. other wise you have to bring it in  in lifts with water and compactor .. like dozer sheep foot vibrator rollers etc.. but if the city or country does not care its your risk for ground movement 

With a 2.5" angle brush for cut-ins and an 18" roller, I can easily put a single coat on 4 walls in an hour.

Motion light facing the bench.This is not in San Diego so you don't need those metal stars on the bench to discourage skate boarders.Or 4' high brick wall where the mound is, no real purpose.Or plant sticker bushes such as roses, if it was San Diego Euphorbia milli (crown of thorns).

Been a roller coaster lately.

Everything in the picture below is moldy and about to disintegrate.Oh and there is a partially abandoned moldy weed growCombine all that with the roller coaster floors and basically everything else...should be a fun one.

It's not easy at times on the investor roller coaster adventure. 

But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

Also I accidentally indicated PB but the family duplex is in MB (2 blocks north of the roller coaster).  

Bar backed at the after deck eventually worked at Hard Rock when they opened.I used to love Biker week would roller blade up down the strip.
