Enforcing the lease and abiding by all laws both parties are obligated to comply with.The best way I can think of it is since I came from the Airline industry as a pilot, people don't pay for the easy no brainer flight from A-B, they pay the pilot alot of money for the scnario when your flying across the Atlantic ocean in a snow storm and you lose an engine and have to decided where to land and how to put the engine fire out and deal with the emergency, thats when people would pay any amount to the pilot. 

Are we taxed somehow on the conversion of CC points converted to gift cards? What about the points that buy airline tickets? 

A lot of foreign investors like Chicago, for the following reasons:+ both cash flow and appreciation, lots of direct international flights, an affordable "world city"- the state of Illinois is in debt, taxes are high, building boom could dent cash flow + appreciationI can also recommend Salt Lake City:+ solid universities, great vacation rental market, great potential for growth, not as crazy as Denver,- weak cash flow, competitive RE market

It's just a short/cheap flight to KL and you'll certain get better returns and face less competition.I look forward to following this thread because my husband and I do plan to move back to the region in the next 5 years.

The other would require flight and I'd prefer to stay out of things there.

We will go LLC but would like some really top flight counsel.

And the mom who has money for flights can not get $600 together to avoid an eviction.
