I am of course biased because I thought the leadership team was first rate.Having said that I think the concept of investing in REIT's is not a horrible place to start but I caution you that your also adding a layer of complication in that your injecting Mr.

I wish I could be that concise, but it's exactly how I see it.To me, there is some analogy to leadership and you triggered what I studied in college by what you said.As a leader, I need to give direction, motivate, trust but verify, and check-in to make sure that the direction towards the goal is maintained.

Logos, knowledge leadership, how you market yourself, websites, etc ARE all important.  

Apparently - investments are booming in Jamaica and there seems to be rapid changes in the Tourism industry as the country takes the lead on Caribbean Economic Leadership.
