It has a decent cash-flow, but far less compared to the equity locked in that home when seen from mid-west or Florida kind of locationsI am still trying to refine my strategy as I get ready to make my next investment move by end of this year and hope to nail it through interaction with experts in this forum.

I recently interacted with Intercontinental Loans, and they have a very similar story.

My thoughts are that aside from gated communities, pocket neighborhoods and shared housing foster a sense of community and increase safety of neighborhooods. 

You will also have the opportunity to interact with so many different investors, realtors, mortgage brokers and much more.

She is a broker and has an agent working for her, also these people are investors and have the local RE investor group, who literally learned or honed his skills on the job with their help.It seems that if you get your salesperson license you just may like the interaction since you come from an industry that dealt face to face with people, albeit on a short term case.Good luck...

Tenant claims they have been documenting, which I find unusual, as they always tried to deal with me on the phone, I sent all of their calls to voicemail to force all interaction via voicemail and email so that I could document.
