Is anyone willing to run some comps for us as we want a 3rd party opinion from the wholesaler. 

I wanted it for myself but went to a wholesale seminar so I figured I would give it a try because I would like to know all aspects of real estate.

We hired a contractor who had previously done few projects with other investors from the wholesale company and they gave good reviews.

I genuinely am trying to help though.
