How do you break a tie if you disagree?

I hear the "FSBO houses sell so much cheaper, they would have netted more with an agent" argument, and I 100% disagree with it on every one of my sales.

We don't always get along or agree, bit we respect each other.This is a long way of saying that instead of looking for a contractor who has the skills and the financial backing you might put a greater emphasis on someone who you can trust, respect, agree to disagree, etc.As for the listing, it sounds pretty easy -- especially in this market.

It does not mean that they cannot do the work nor that the quality of their work will be any less then the cheap team you worked with; although some contractors might disagree with that.
