I've seen situations where people tried to cut corners with cheaper software or DIY options, only to face costly IRS issues later.

We used to do it and TBH barely anyone used it. 

And of course its not all little house flips.. we have bare land flips going ( really like that ) and we have development deals going  those are right in your neighborhood :)  And of course are much bigger deals more like 7 figure fundings for housing subdivisions..

The issue I faced was with the lender not with FlipSystem. sounds like someone got a nasty gram from FLIP system lawyers :) Can I do that mate?

I guess the main reason they would want a site is for something that will consolidate all their properties under 1 brand name that they can post on face book and other sites or give to friends and family.

At a bare minimum, I would consider filing a complaint with the state licensing board, but only if you have written evidence (email, text, letter, etc.) showing that you instructed them to install security and they failed to follow your instructions.

I'd then set up a meeting to speak to that person face to face.
