There are real estate technology software companies out there that run analytics on MLS data to track trends, and even some that use algorithms to find deals.

You look for zones that are similar in how "nice" they look.What if we were to make some kind of algorithm to draw zones that have nothing to do with zip code or neighborhood?

Don't pull at your emphasis on the state but have it be a component of the whole algorithm to evaluate a deal.  

It pisses me off that no complete algorithm exists for the "investor journey."

I never did do it though, because I thought the idea of creating internet money based on a mathematic algorithm & then using this internet money as a median of exchange in the real world as a lark, simply because the "currency" has absolutely no underlying asset.

Working on your credit is going to do you more good than trying to shop by FICO algorithm used....

Google's ranking algorithm is continuing to rank UX (user experience) higher than some other SEO values, which is helping non-Wordpress sites in terms of ranking on Google , but it's pretty minuscule right now.

They have a decent algorithm to calculate, but it is not accurate in all cases.
