You might look at his website, he also does coaching on targeting the luxury guest. 

I mean a good one, not the kind that work at 24 Hr Fitness....Sort of like a Life Coach with a special 'degree' in Fitness and Diet... 

Any recommendations on a coach?

A lot of CA's invest out of state and those that want to be able to drive to their properties typically look at Vegas and Reno.

That company helps you set up your LLC structure and does some credit coaching on how to build up a business LOC. 

With no experience in this area I've been considering partnering with one of the following coaching/mentoring groups (Flip System or Flip Cheap Houses) does anyone have experience with these two? 

There are a lot of excellent operators/syndicators out there that you can build a great long term relationship with, not only the popular groups that are sometimes more focused on education or selling coaching.
