We don't utilize any arbitrage method...I am not sure there would be a huge spread like there can be for short-term rentals.

Hey @James R., we have a 2700sqft 4/3 lake house.We charge $250 to the guests and pay $300 to our cleaner.Now we are out of town by about 36 miles so the cleaner has to drive an hour each way so she charges us more.
