As much as you may feel in your heart its a good deal, lord knows I've been there, you can't take the chance on trying to set the market.

When I started learning more about flipping and land-lording, I was pleasantly surprised to find how many people are willing to share advice and be part of a community.

But, my mortgage payment would be so incredibly high that I am under no illusion than any bank would even consider financing it, especially since I have no prior land lording experience to show on my financial statements. 

As stated above @Brad Morsberger those can be some long winded reply's to those questions.

Thank you @Brad M. that is awesome advice, especially because were trying to find a MFH as close to campus as possible (w/o spending a million lol) @Ben Leybovich Thats the sage advice I expected lol @Aaron Montague thanks for the heads up, Ive seen a few "cheap" MFH but I'm sure theres a HUGE reason.
