Marco,I'm extremely close with a RE attorney who got a template off the internet and then customized it. 

These both seem somewhat high though considering I’m not trying to build anything too fancy or custom.

I would advise against for residential customers, since those units are simple and have straight forward maintenance that can be covered in an annual “tune-up”.

That way regardless of 2-4 units you can add an ADU for you or as extra rent per month.Most of my customers tend to buy outside of CA but it is possible to buy in Cali if you are going to buy as a primary home.

They may require you to manually enter your financial data and calculate your net worth.Customization: If your finances are complex, you may need an app that allows you to customize your asset and liability categories and other information to help you keep up with everything.Security: The net worth tracker you select must ensure your financial data is secure.

The customer service is awesome though and when they explain why I am having issues, it usually makes sense, but these types of things just aren’t an issue with Stessa.

@Seth Mattox it can be done from a distance, but I think the quality of service will be sub-par and it will take a lot of extra effort.

I just talked to customer service and they said Landing has discontinued their listings and is terminating services and laying off staff. 

Please tell me about your experience.Though I have experience in other areas of RE, this would be my first sub-to deal.
