I really want someone thats a little larger and more streamline.

The twins are the BIG job, and the properties are the little job.I have been inspired to do everything and anything to streamline the business. 

I have to admit they make things pretty easy, almost where I would have given up the few tenths of a point for the streamlining.

I have gathered enough information in my notes from the experts and organizing them for streamlining purposes and soon will start markating.

So I pulled it back quickly and have been able to streamline some things using tools like Pricemethod.com for VRBO and tripadvisor, and BeyondPricing for Airbnb.  

So naturally I'm coming back to ask you all for more advise: What are the strategies you employ to streamline your property management operations if you self-manage?

But I do feel that if a few of us like minded individuals got together we could at the least aid in the streamlining of things.
