I personally use and would recommend Empower as noted above, easy to use and has a nice interface on the computer as well as the app on my cell phone.

If I do this, I plan to use an app to track my trips.

The app also leaves much to be desired.

I am exploring MTRs and also browsing through realtor apps to see if there are multifamily homes in market that can produce cash flow.
