It  needs new leadership in the local government to move it forward.

The project is under the leadership of a well known Bay Area real estate leader, Five Point COO, Kofi Bonner.

From a leadership perspective, I believe we will start to see more women emerge as dominant real estate industry leading experts in all real estate asset classes.

It looks like the company is owned and controlled by one family, as that's all they show on their leadership page.

Having said that, Ford is getting ready to consolidate a lot of their global staff there, citizen satisfaction rates are well above state and national benchmarks (this is what I do professionally), and city leadership is smart, business savvy, and well aware of how to avoid the issues facing Detroit.

Its not a speech but more of an attitude, mentality and thought process. probably sounds similar because its the same info in every book and class on management, leadership, success and personal development I have read or attended way before I started with real estate.

But in 2014 they changed leadership and I've yet to have a good experience with them since.I used Sheraton in a pinch last time.

They are both on the bottom of the totem pole.
