I'm currently living out of state due to work, but being born and raised in South Austin, I'm interested in the central TX market, particularly the longer term growth/appreciation potential of the smaller communities east of 35 corridor (Lockhart, Elgin, Taylor, Luling, etc.) as I anticipate expansion east over the next 10-20 years.

Hey just wanted to update this post with some new insights in regards to leads and way more expansion in my experience and newly gained knowledge.I still hold probate leads at the highest pedestal in terms of quality of leads, and if you are marketing and you aren't marketing to these leads, you are wasting marketing.
