For me it is within driving distance for a weekend gateway so would like to find something near the beach.

I literally added all the recommended podcasts to my favorites list and have been listening to them during my commute to work and job sites.

@Richard Del Rincon I don't manage that many homes in Crestline (most of ours are in Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead) but in my experience, if you can find something with a view of Lake Gregory or walking distance that would be a good selling point.

All of these were within walking distance of the property.

The main reason I decided not to do it is the distance from the golf course start and my cabin.

Since we didn’t have a pool and are not walking distance to the Broadwalk, we focused on interior design and that has helped, but we consistently lose out to Airbnbs with a pool, so we are working on maybe getting an above-ground pool and/or hot tub.

You’re in driving distance to many markets and I don’t think people will give up their vacations, but may downsize their airline flights if costs continue to rise which will just keep helping your growth.

We live walking distance to downtown and would not trade it for anywhere else.The racing season is great, but the town is busy all year as well.
