One of the comments I heard is that in Florida, Citizens, the State sponsored insurance, could basically run out of funds due to the amount of damage.

I saw a comment of yours on another post and was hoping I’d see you here. 

When people see that you say/comment something that is actually insightful and can help them - they'll usually reach out to you on their own if they have more questions or need more guidance. 

I thought this was strange, and they commented they wanted to buy it because they had a large gain and wanted to buy it to offset these gains.This was an immediate red flag.

Happy to connect, but I agree with the other comments - a 650 FICO is doable, but terms will be better if you can get that to 680-700 ideally.

Regarding the other comment, I would strongly recommend using a PM, while on paper they "cut into profits", I believe they save you money (and time) in the long run if you have a good one.
