I had a house that was very similar to this just outside a super hot neighborhood in WPB and I got burned because of little repairs that wiped out almost my entire return. 

Original is better and BIN is what is used on burned property to seal in the smoke smell.

No I have not been burned.

Like I said, I would stay put with this one - personally I sleep better with less debt.If it burns you so much that stale equity, then I would accelerate to max paying it down and then putting an LOC on top of P1 & P3.

So, while the meth complicates is a little, it doesn't change much because if there is any smoke damage it needs to be remediated regardless of whether it was meth or just household items burning.

@Cassidy Burns I know there are two programs specific to Baltimore City, but I can't remember the exact names right now.

The next day the repairman came out, and called AHS to tell them all the parts that had burned, WITHOUT EVEN GOING ON THE ROOF TO INSPECT THE UNIT!!

lots of travel and relocation, getting burned on projects, office politics, ect. 

After being burned multiple times I now let them “cure” a three day notice one time.
