I think pre-approval letter is all that’s needed to prove you are a qualified buyer.They probably want info such as, are you married with kids, how many bedrooms you looking for etc.

Berkshire Guard was the most competitive for 5+ unit properties in my state (Ohio) until they weren't and now just sent out letters to all their clients saying they are no longer offering coverage here at all - 100% non-renewal of the book of business. 

I am sending 300 letters every 4-6 weeks.

I was thinking of doing a block refi on all of the homes but maybe doing 2 houses at a time is the better option now that you mention it.
