Do you focus on networking events, direct outreach, or something else?

Hi Jose, yes I specialize in STR/MTR management, and I have a vast network on military renters & I work with placement agents!

As an example, we joined an expensive, but exclusive private networking group 12 years ago.  

While I’m not in Little Rock, I’ve found that networking with local brokers and property managers can be key to uncovering neighborhood-specific insights.

Meet-ups and networking are great places to start.
