Maybe I'd top it off with a big $50 Persian rug from Craigslist to give an area where a chairs can slide in and out around a table.Another option is to do a small 'landing' deck outside the back door, maybe 6'x8', and then a paver pathway out into the yard.

Some won't even tell you who the manager is.Heard stories of folks who does these dirty deals would meet the managers in charge of these properties at some restaurant, the manager would make an excuse to go to the bathroom, leave his jacket hanging on a chair, when he comes back, finds an envelope stuffed with cash in one of the pockets.

Dressers, chairs, dining table set, coffee tables, nightstands, bedroom sets, elephant riding seat thingy, ancient looking stone sharpening wheel, large rugs, mostly European looking with a bit of Asian flair on some of the pieces.I'm fairly confident that most of the contents left in the home should be valuable.
