I recently decided to create my own letter to market with but could not decide if it was more important to get the point across and not seem so much like a robotic dialogue or have it be professional with a border and logo etc..

If you did it on your letterhead or had your logo on the mailing piece I would continue using it as it helps build a brand recognition over time.

Don't get caught up in logos either.

You may not have to have a logo, business name, website, ect, but to have a card with basic contact info on it, and your area of interest in the Real Estate market couldn't hurt.

Blame it on the consultant in me.Nevertheless, some of my favorites are:"Please try my product . . . for free" (with the fine print for S/H and credit card logos at the bottom of the display/page); "Our phones are ringing non-stop with orders . . ."

Wear a company logo golf shirt 7 days a week, clean and pressed, with a company logo ball cap.

Love the company name/logo.

Too many wanna bee's and fruads I guess I was just surprised by the oddity of decrying the lack of attention from real investors on this social media platform while ignoring your other social media platforms.I would say one of the points on having your business logo in your BP signature is that you hope to get new business when you post here and if your links make it look like you're not in business it defeats the purpose of showing your business in your signature.I agree about the heavy competition for lending in Los Angeles market.
