With Florida being the hotspot for international investors, the mortgage process has adapted to suit.

The reality is ADUs, casitas, mother-in-law suites, etc have existed for decades, much longer than the fairly recent state level ADU laws some of which are already 5 years old.  

I invest in mortgage notes, you can google biggerpockets note investor scam artist, fraud etc and will find many posts of people who had to file suit and were successful against a certain investor. 

Originally, I lived in the main portion of this house and rented the mother-in-law suite (primary bedroom) separately on Airbnb.

Now for all NON-NAR entities, MLS's, they'd be suicidal idiot's to continue the practice that NAR just lost suit at, because it's a slam-dunk suit to nail them for exact same thing given the now established precedent.     

Running one AirBnB out of a studio apartment or mother-in-law suite is a great way to live for free and potentially cash flow.

, cleaned, and installed new HVAC, ran all new pex lines/valves/shut offs, all new hardwood flooring and carpet, all new and expanded kitchen cabinets, new appliances, created full bath and connected it to a bedroom to create en suite, repurposed 2 unused rooms (1 into a 4th bedroom/office/playroom and one into a family room, installed new interior and exterior lighting throughout, new automatic garage door, and landscaped.

Big operators, "C-suite Landlords", forget em, they got "juice" to squeeze.
