Hi sarah, while i do not have it in my rentals at the moment i plan to in the future, i have it currently in 4 rooms and the hallway of my current home, with 2 dogs, 2 kids and myself it has not faltered in 5 yrs so far, i believe if installed correctly it would knock out the price of floor fixes drastically, waterproof, scuff/scratch resistant/ appealing to the eye and affordable. love it. and like i said when i need to replace floors in my units it will definitely be going in !   

I used to use epoxy but fusion is also very stain resistant and acrylic so easy to use....not cement based but it looks cement based.

Overall gist I received was that the Texas economy is slowing down, but there's pockets of resistance to the downturn such as San Antonio and Austin.

Kwikset's states on their website that they are drill resistant and pick resistant, but I've drilled them and I've picked them.

I've inherited a couple of tenants over the years and found that they always show some resistance at first.

If you pay all those plus a premium, you should be on the safe side and less resistance, MAYBE it will not ruin your chances of hiring them again.

This upset all of us, we could take a legal route but that was not the path to least resistance. 

B) What can I apply to have a more water resistant finish/non slip effect?

An agent who tells you this only wants the path of least resistance and won't spend any time looking of you as he or she doesn't believe it's possible.Many agents are just lazy.

They will resist making that payout, blocking the whole deal.If you are determined to buy this specific house, find out how much you would need to offer to avoid the short sale, and offer that amount.
