I'd say it's about 1 out of the last hundred or so, and only then over my great protests to the owner of the house.An electric fire is not exactly news worthy, but talk to any insurance agent (or fire fighter) and you'll get a pretty clear picture of how dangerous old wiring is.

Here that includes them ALL,,schools, cities, counties, colleges,,depend on the very real estate taxes we have ALL thought was going too high too fast NOW with depressed prices and values,,,they SHOULD,,,actually they HAVE to rachet down those tax valuations to actual numbers,,,especially if protested.
