I think the tax appraisers are hesitant to raise value as fast as the market because there would be some serious protesting and riots.  

I'd say it's about 1 out of the last hundred or so, and only then over my great protests to the owner of the house.An electric fire is not exactly news worthy, but talk to any insurance agent (or fire fighter) and you'll get a pretty clear picture of how dangerous old wiring is.

However, this is what we do know.This makes it the biggest MARCH or PROTEST in DC, ever.

Your day is coming.Asking people, and then tagging people inviting.. forcing them to join in your negative protest is 100% unproductive.

@Mike E. if I were in your place I would be very proactive in trying to see if you can protest the flood plain certification with maybe an elevation report.

Some other tips would be: use a credit card for points, pay off your student loan debt as fast as possible, protest your property taxes...

I’m going great they know and they’re going to take advantage like the looters, rioters, and protesters. I’ve been on that site and I told them to click the next one it says you’re still obligated to pay.

Here that includes them ALL,,schools, cities, counties, colleges,,depend on the very real estate taxes we have ALL thought was going too high too fast NOW with depressed prices and values,,,they SHOULD,,,actually they HAVE to rachet down those tax valuations to actual numbers,,,especially if protested.
