Yes, you may have a harder time reselling it, but I don't think that rule of thumb will hold true much longer as millennials tend have smaller families and, as a result, gravitate towards smaller dwellings.

Not only that, but the tens to hundreds of thousands of millennials that have moved here in the past 5-6 years are aging a bit.

Tenants can/do waste amazing amounts of utilities if they aren't on the hook and not think one minute about it...yes, even the "Eco-friendly" millennials.

Millennials and Gen Z tend to prefer being in the city, and that's where the jobs are!
