Zoning issues?

What would you say the biggest issue has been?

I especially liked Matt's process of creating my business plan as it forced me to really think about it, get it right and make it easily understood by my clients.His process for the offering also made me think about transparency and other ethical issues that are required by law to be disclosed in the offering.

Based on your first fix/flip, it sounds as if you don't have any issues doing moderate rehab.

I ran into the same issue.

So as long as I paid no issues.. and most of those I sold on wraps. when i started buying homes via sub to I did over 100 of them..

Both told me the apartment floods so bad amongst other issues.

I think the issue here is that my post is way too long and people just don't have that type of time to read through it..
