It doesn't take long to get good enough that you can look at a property and analyze it in your head or on a napkin.

While you're working to your 2025 goal, if you can, work and put your head down and save as much money as you can into a high-yield savings account and just build that up, be frugal, you can sacrifice for a little while.

Dont know your total situation , this idea may suck big time , BUT , if this prevents a major hit on your credit or a bankrupcy , you still have a roof over your head and it gives you time to regroup .

I think off the top of my head it was around a 6-7% rate.

@Andrew SyriosRegarding government abuse, I'd look first at whether the law discriminates against foreign investors and then how the law has been applied over a significant period of time, not necessarily just because the head of state changed recently.Regarding crime, isn't it the same as in the US.
