I'm new to real estate and genuinely curious.

I am genuinely confused how I can have mostly pleasant interactions except with people who are intentionally flaming me and somehow that makes me defensive. 

I have also read and received a lot of great advise and inspiration on this site so I wanted to post to add another inspirational story. 

He is a genuinely nice person and he procured contractors who completed necessary repairs on-time and on or under budget.

We’ve found endless inspiration and ideas there.
