What this does is when this person goes to rent another place and their background is run these will pop up and the person looking to rent denies them.I don't know if there is such a thing as a site that warns landlords of tenants.  

Those who are involved with the process of allowing the permits are horrible with communication, not responsive, terribly inefficient, and seemingly do everything possible to deny or delay.In the meantime, there are more attractive places outside AVL city limits, in my opinion. 

Be real cognizant to protected classes if denying a tenant on something you learn via a social media search.Note lying on an application is crystal clear reason for not choosing a potential tenant.
