I was wondering if anyone has had success in AirBnBs in popular vacation destinations or even something off the beaten path?

It may help provide the structure to keep cruising along on this journey!

I challenge you and all other buy ad holders to add systems to allow you to be on vacation, even on a cruise. 

We have lots of growth coming to the Inlet beach area ( Between Destin & Panama City Beach).

Just closed on a C5 zoned property in Colorado Springs on a major street less than a mile from downtown (currently going through growth explosion) and 1 mi to Old Colorado City hub (very popular tourist destination), and a 1200 sq ft commercial workshop(detached) that I can build out a second (interior floor).

About 5 miles from my land are 6-7 ABnB/STR destinations within 2 miles of each other.

I really like the Destin area but am open to the whole Southeast.

Most complexes dont want to turn into majority renters except resort type destinations. 

My wife and I are looking at some properties in Destin and I just assumed I would have to put 20% down for investment properties.

That is the question.It's 30 min from Travis AFB, Napa Valley, Six Flags, a few Nature destinations, and a harbor for smaller boats.
