The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

Are you qualified to do so right now - have the contracts, inspection criteria set, screening, payment collection in place? 

(do not trust me to build the house, but I do know how to qualify you FOR the house.)

We are going to look at a 5 room apartment building next week for STR and MTR use.
