The home next door was sold for 75,000 just recently and mine has an attached garage (theirs in the back), 1 more half bathroom, more lot space, chimney, and about 200 more sqft.

I'd ask them if the handle just jiggles around completely loose, and if that is the case, the wire clip just needs to be re attached - 2 second fix and then wash your hands.   

@Tori Roy, I can’t point you to the court records, but I remember learning that anti-trust laws prevent NAR from limiting MLS access to Realtors.I think the solution for you is a no-frills, no-desk-fee broker plus signing up for your local MLS without joining the Realtor board attached to it.I’d suggest doing a little googling, then calling your local Realtor board and inquiring (dare I say “badgering”) them about buying MLS access without joining.Good luck!

We're just 6 months into payments, and want to keep the loan if we sell the tiny home to build out an attached ADU to code.  

Purchase price: $230,000 Cash invested: $50,000 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo with attached 2 Car Garage in Walled Lake city center.

We have a glorified house hack scenario in Portland where we rent about half of the property out as a mid term and while our travel nurse is working we are improving the second half of the property for a future permitted attached ADU. 

The doorbell may be $10 bucks, maybe another 10 bucks for the sprayer attachment.

This can be attached as well, in which case it's essentially a duplex but the ADU is smaller, may only have a kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave), and isn't zoned as a plex.
