My niece moved from Redwood City to Seattle and was always complaining about the smoke and air quality, even though I don't think it was that bad  Ya I grew up in Silicon Valley and Redwood city is half way from San Jose to SF.

Since it’s such a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, I would like to be mindful of the quality of residents that live here.

Nashville is a very pocketed city when it comes to neighborhood quality especially in relation to crime rates, overall aesthetics or available amenities.

You might not need professional pics for your market, but it is importnant to get nice quality pictures with good lighting.

My quality of life is far better than it was living in a 1 br rental in Windsor Terrace, where crappy and old 2-family properties sold for well over 1mm.
