I know it's not what you want to hear, but people will treat you the way YOU train them to treat you.

I am a mortgage broker and out-of-state real estate agent, I had one agent on-site and a GC/PM on-site too.

I prefer to NOT work with large banks, looking for small to mid sized direct lenders or mortgage brokers with training.

We’ve done our research and there are no other short term rentals that offer an on-site gym or exercise room.

The goal is not to get the right answers, it's to ask the right questions that will lead  to the answers.Make sure to find the property manager on site and see if you can ask them some questions as wellGino

From my limited research - getting the concrete slurry perfect is tricky, training your labor, and training your building dept on how to approve/inspect are the hurdles right now. 

Phoenix/Scottsdale is a great market as well, especially airbnb's during spring training.
