Hello everyone,I am currently looking to get into wholesaling.

First, I was informed that wholesaling in Texas now requires a double-close, which made my eyes go wide and prompted a deeper inquiry. 

It got me into wholesaling which I probably would have never done without it.

Our company is starting out in the asset recovery and wholesaling business in Columbus Georgia.

Has anyone joined the Wholesaling Inc group?

It will have to be creative finance which you are already tipping your toes into with wholesaling cars.

If anyone in the Southern Maine area is currently wholesaling I would love to hear more about your experiences and anyone else with knowledge in the industry.

Everyone is going to be able to goggle the address as see what HUD had the property listed for and with a little investigation can find out approximately how much you bid for the property(Prior to closing)  For example, a property is on the market for $100,000 and you get it under contract for $80000 or so you could illustrate value by wholesaling it for $90000 and an investor might perceive that as a value
