Just wanted to let everyone know my web page has been updated to www.ApartmentMentors.com.

The humane societies web page says you can charge a deposit for the animal other sites say you cannot. 

@TJ Peterkin  At the very top of the BiggerPockets webpage you'll see 4 tabs (Community, Education, Marketplace, & Tools) move your mouse cursor over the Marketplace tab & scroll down to Hard Money Lenders & click it.

As Sharon suggested, local REIA is a great place to start building relationships.As you scale up from a few deals, look at vendors that can provide everything you need as a system - otherwise you are going to spend a LOT of time designing web pages and postcards when you should be out finding $$$.

I've still got good traffic to view the property and have lowered the price to make it more attractive for buyers.I've put out an education regarding scams on my webpage, facebook, etc. 1) If a deal sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. 2) If you are going to rent a property, do not pass any money without an in-person contact - a trustworthy property manager, landlord, or real estate agent.

I established an LLC and even started paying for a web address, but never made a web page.
