The best parks have active staff out there every day dealing with trash, lawns, pools, etc.

As Brandon said, they don't have enough staff to expect every property each year, so the inspections are on a cyclic schedule. 

Although we did get a response it wasnt as overwhelming as our sister properties in Queens NY.

They don't communicate, they pass you all around when you have an issue, their staff doesn't know what's going on....they are horrible!!
