@Kathy Armstrong- I feel the need to jump in here.I have spoken with Mitch on several occasions.

It's been a while since I had satellite TV service, but when I did I had a couple occasions where the aim of the dish needed to be corrected and all I did was call the provider and ask them to send someone out to fix it. 

There were so many occasions when your father would call late at night with exciting personal news or challenges he was facing.

Thats like our proof for being a Veteran and on some occasion i have got away on 1-2 tickets but that was not my intention to use it that way, i just happen to open my wallet and the officer just happen to see it and let me go.

Perhaps I'm just missing something but on the few occasions that Kiyosaki really talked details about his zero-money-down real estate conquests, it didn't add up.  

I look through the homepath.com on occasion and in Fort Bend County there tend to be expensive properties, meaning >$150,000.

Reading alone will not help because in reality what is written in books is very different on many occasions to what happens in real life.

I'm a paid member of the WCRT, the club *********** runs and have met Ryan on multiple occasions.

But on the couple of occasions where we have had appraisals on winterized properties or a property with plumbing damage, we've simply told them whey the water is off.

There have been 3 occasions where the verbal offers materialized into a property visit and I have made 3 written offers none of which have been accepted.I have done all of this since October 1st, 2014.
