I have no direct experience with them and want to stress that my questions about them are merely based on personal opinion/curiosity (I am not making any statements about them)But they strike me as using 'aggressive sales tactics' and they don't appear to be (as far as I can tell based on their website) regulated, licensed or registered in any way, which, if I understand correctly, means no accountability to anyone for anything.

I do remember reading somewhere that REO agents sometimes have buyers lined up before the houses hit the mls, and the listing of the property is a mere formality in the foreclosure process.

There's more to it than mere numbers on a page.I don't know your family background, but unless a direct family member raised you in the real estate business, no lender will take you seriously without any prior experience.
