There's a nice 3/2 manufactured home (permanent wood framed per tax record) and a nice mobile home. 

@Jacob Calbillo there is no minimum amount of homes - the definition of a park is multiple mobile or manufactured homes on one piece of land that is usually owned by someone else.

For starters John, I have not done a remodel on a manufactured home.

., Finance, Manufacturing, Information, Mining, Oil & Gas, etc..., that are major factors in the local economy.

Maybe the BP knows the investors though and knows one can fix it and the other will not ever pull it together.The house has rotten wood, old termite damage, floor falling through, foundation issues, large hole in the roof, but the major issue is it was used to manufacture / cook meth.

Their SEER (~23) and HSPF (~10-11) ratings are behind the industry leaders.Their Infinity Line looks very much like other house brands manufactured by Gree (appearance and specs line-up) and boast/claim a SEER ratings of 30-42 and HSPF of (10-15) ... though their noise rating are still akin to a loud dishwasher.
