Since I don't have a lot to put down, I would like to partner and use hard money to cover purchasing and the reno cost.I wanted to know from those who have experience with flipping homes and partnering some of the pros and cons of utilizing these options.

I am hungry to learn and can definitely bring a lot to the table to aid you having a vast electrical/mechanical background.

Your idea leaves a lot to be desired.

Because the landlord sold the house .i explained to them it wasn’t a good idea because I still .had a lot to do.they said had no we’re to go it’s stressful with  children and having a big family and so on and so on.they told me after I was.

It's a very exciting journey and there is a lot to continually be learning.

If I go with a gravel lot to start with, gravel roads require underlay fabric to stop the road bed from pushing into the soil and spreading out or disappearing over time.

There's a lot to learn, certainly, but getting out and meeting as many people as you can will definitely get you going in the right direction.
