Get owner occupancy out of your head.

I am open for ground lease or BTS options but how do I reach out to the right department heads.

I want to grow my knowledge on rehabs for the properties I get in so that I can at least get a rough estimate in my head while walking the properties with my investors.

I'm a computer nerd and spent much of my life doing heads-down work with as few interruptions as possible.

Also, they are definitely zone units in that with multiple rooms you need multiple units or least multiple heads for the units.

Hi everyone,I'm researching SLC and will be heading there on a few weeks to visit a friend and check out the market.

Once I use the knowledge in a real life experience I know it’ll be there in my head to call on when I need it, and if I’m unsure about something I hit up google, biggerpockets, and/or someone in my network to get what I, or anyone else on my team needs.
